Department Profile

The Department of Hindi was established in June 2004.

In this department is including class of BA part of I, II and III this department’s number of students are satisfactory from beginning. We are going to complete the syllabus as per Semester plan which provide to Mumbai university. We conduct innovative programme as discussion seminar, project and workshop at the student level encourage the student. We have been teaching six paper to I, II, III years student.

Vision

To develop a positive outlook towards Hindi Language among the students.
To familiarize the students with the various modern trends in Hindi Literature.
To develop the Language Proficiency and Communication Skill of the students in Hindi Language.

Mission

To provide the basic and general information about Hindi Language.
To inculcate interest among students in the study of Hindi Literature, along with academic excellence.

Future Plan

The Department has following Future Plan:

To develop and to conserve Hindi language, Department is going to establish committee in assistance with school in the area.
To develop departmental library for students preparing for competitive examination.
To establish literary committee of Readers interested in literature and literary organization.
